With Music Together®, music becomes a powerful learning tool. From private and public preschools, to pre-kindergarten classrooms, to Head Start, to childcare centers and in-home daycares, our award-winning music and developmentally-appropriate curriculum has been found to raise the overall quality of children's learning.
Our research-based curriculum and enrichment resources:
Help children develop basic music competence, opening the door to a lifetime of music participation and enjoyment
Supports children's development in key early learning domains
Gives teachers tools to enhance classroom life and reach curricular goals
Support family engagement and parent-teacher relationships
Our weekly in-school classes are taught by a Music Together specialist from Music Together Mountain Song, in cooperation with classroom teachers. Classes include playful, developmentally-appropriate music and movement activities, reinforced by our our award-winning recordings, songbooks, and other materials for class and home. Music becomes a part of classroom life too, as classroom teachers integrate the songs and activities into the broader curriculum, with support from the Music Together specialist. Students also receive materials to take home and share with their parents to strengthen the home-school connection.
